Follow a schedule for your meals. Eating at the same time should help you reduce your snacking and eat smaller portions of food. Also, eat your snacks around the same time, too. Keeping your body on a schedule helps decrease the amount you eat.
You do not have to lose weight alone. If there is no one you know that wants to exercise with you, you could join a support group online. You could discover a workout buddy where you live.
